To Nov 20
Paul deGroot: Part One: Looking Back. deGroot’s current work is rooted in the photorealist genre, though not in the strictest sense. The paintings, executed in oil, are based on personal photographs, chosen intuitively, which are generally photo-shopped or manipulated in some manner before translating them to canvas.
Opening Nov 27
Jason Frizzell: And We Dream of El Dorado features new small-scale works that continue his thematic exploration of transition, denial and discovery.
Dan Hudson: Horai. Hudson’s introspective art works are his personal contemplations on the subject of time. He creates ritualistic processes as a way to interface with astrological cycles and their corresponding rhythms in the landscape.
