Between Two Worlds: The Art of Poland 1890 - 1914
Simultaneous exhibits at two additional but unrelated venues, the Andre Emile and Darius Bebel Galleries, are showing more contemporary explorations of culture and identity by Polish-Canadian artists living in Vancouver. Between June 30 - December 1, the public is invited to attend five different theme-oriented shows. The series begins with post-modernist works and continues through still lifes, portraits and landscapes to the decorative and applied arts.
