Between Two Worlds: The Art of Poland 1890 - 1914 Andre Emile
Gallery,
Vancouver
Simultaneous exhibits at two additional but unrelated venues, the Andre Emile and Darius Bebel Galleries, are showing more contemporary explorations of culture and identity by Polish-Canadian artists living in Vancouver. Between June 30 - December 1, the public is invited to attend five different theme-oriented shows. The series begins with post-modernist works and continues through still lifes, portraits and landscapes to the decorative and applied arts. © Mia Johnson
